Staterics Technology · Terms of Service Effective 4 October 2026
These terms apply when you use staterics.com or book the free Operations X-Ray, and they summarise how our offer works. Our services are for businesses only. Every engagement is governed by the agreement we sign with you.
Staterics Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., trading as Staterics Technology (“Staterics”, “we”), based in Ankara, Türkiye, builds AI operating systems and AI employees for businesses. Our contact details are at the end of these terms and at the foot of every page.
These terms apply to your use of staterics.com and to the free Operations X-Ray, and they summarise how our commercial offer works. If you use the site on behalf of a business, you accept them for that business.
Our website, the Operations X-Ray and our services are offered only to businesses and professionals acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. We do not contract with consumers. By booking an X-Ray or ordering a service, you confirm that you are acting for a business.
The website describes our services, prices and delivery dates in general terms. It is not an offer that can be accepted online, and nothing on it creates a contract.
Each engagement is governed by the agreement we sign with your business: the order or service agreement, the data-processing agreement and any schedules. If anything on this website conflicts with your signed agreement, the agreement prevails.
We work to keep the site accurate and current, and we may change our services and prices for future agreements at any time. The businesses, conversations and figures shown as examples on the site are illustrations, not records of real clients.
The Operations X-Ray is a free 45-minute call in which we walk through how your business runs. There is no charge and no obligation, and you keep the friction map we prepare whether or not you buy anything.
The figures in a friction map, such as the hours and money lost to manual work, are estimates based on what you tell us during the call. They are not measurements, audits or professional advice, and we do not guarantee any saving.
Please share only what we need. We don’t need your customers’ personal data for an X-Ray. We may decline or reschedule a request, for example when our calendar is full.
Our published prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT (KDV) and any other applicable taxes, which are added where the law requires. Your signed agreement sets the final price, currency and payment terms. There is no development fee.
Published rates may change for new agreements. An existing client’s rates change only as its agreement allows.
Our delivery dates count from data handover, the day we have what the build needs from you (such as phone-system access, documents, FAQs and booking rules), not from signing.
Your signed agreement governs the guarantee. It defines what counts as data handover and as go-live, how delays caused by missing client inputs or by events outside either side’s control affect the dates, and when a refund is paid.
Steward and the AI employees run on AI models, and AI can make mistakes: it can misunderstand a request, give an incomplete or wrong answer, or act on wrong information. We design each system to reduce these risks. It works from your own documents and records, is set up to introduce itself as AI, is set up not to guess when information is missing, and sends anything above the authority you set to a person in Human Review. We cannot promise error-free results.
You decide each AI employee’s authority level and the rules it follows. You are responsible for those choices, for reviewing what reaches Human Review, and for the decisions your business makes using the system’s output. Every AI employee starts at the most cautious level.
Output from Steward and the AI employees is operational help, not professional advice. It is not medical, legal, financial, tax or other regulated advice, and it does not replace the judgement of a qualified person where one is needed.
As the business deploying the system, you are responsible for using it lawfully towards your own customers and staff. That includes the privacy notices you give, any notice or consent needed to record calls, consent for marketing messages (including İYS registration in Türkiye), and the rules of your sector, such as restrictions on selling or advertising medical devices.
You must not use our website or services to:
We may suspend access to the website, or a service as your agreement allows, where use breaks these rules or creates a security or legal risk.
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, software and the Staterics name and logo, belong to Staterics or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes; any other copying or reuse needs our written permission.
Other names and trademarks on the site, such as WhatsApp, Google or ChatGPT, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or to compare.
Your data and documents remain yours. Ownership of the system we build, and your right to use it, are set out in your agreement.
We treat what you show and tell us in an X-Ray, and in later discussions, as confidential. We use it only to prepare your friction map and any proposal, and we disclose it only to people and providers who need it for that purpose and are bound by confidentiality, or where the law requires.
We name a client or publish details about it only with its approval.
Our Privacy Policy and KVKK Aydınlatma Metni explain how we handle personal data as a controller. When we process personal data inside a client’s system, we act as the client’s processor under the data-processing agreement we sign with each client before any of its customers’ personal data reaches us.
We provide the website and the Operations X-Ray free of charge and “as is”. As far as the law allows, we give no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that any estimate will be achieved.
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, arising from the website or the X-Ray, and our total liability arising from them is limited to US$100.
Liability under a service agreement is governed by that agreement, including its limits.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations, Art. 115), for death or personal injury, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
Some features use third-party services: Cal.com for bookings, Google Meet for calls and WhatsApp for messages. These are governed by their providers’ own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or content. The same applies to external websites we link to.
These terms, and any dispute about them, the website or the X-Ray, are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Ankara (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices (Ankara Merkez Mahkemeleri ve İcra Daireleri) have exclusive jurisdiction. Where your signed agreement says otherwise for an engagement, the agreement applies.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent.
We may update these terms; the version on this page applies from its effective date. Changes never alter an agreement you have already signed.
This version, effective 4 October 2026, replaces the version of 17 April 2026.
