Staterics Technology · Cookie Policy Effective 4 October 2026

This policy explains what staterics.com stores in your browser, and what third parties may store when you choose to use their services through it. In short: our site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking. The site is operated by Staterics Teknoloji Ltd. Şti., trading as Staterics Technology (“Staterics”, “we”).

The short version

• Our site sets no cookies, on any page.
• We use no analytics, advertising, social-media pixels or other tracking.
• A few features remember a choice you make, such as pausing an animation. They store a small value in your browser only after you use the feature, and that value never leaves your device.
• Our booking calendar comes from Cal.com. Nothing is loaded from Cal.com, and none of its cookies are set, unless you choose to load it.

What we store in your browser

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Websites can also use local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. This is everything our site may store:

• Name · Type and duration · When it is set · What it does
• staterics-hero-motion · Local storage, until you clear it · When you pause the animation on the homepage · Keeps the animation paused on your next visit; pressing play removes it
• staterics:handover-checklist · Local storage, until you clear it · When you tick an item on the handover checklist on How it works · Remembers which items you ticked
• staterics-perf · Session storage, until you close the tab · Only if the page address contains?perf=low or?perf=high · Sets a lighter or fuller animation level, for testing
• staterics-theme · Local storage, until you clear it · Never by the current site; it is only read, if an earlier version of the site saved it · Applies the light or dark colour choice you made then

None of these items contains personal data or an identifier, and none is sent to us or to anyone else.

The Cal.com booking calendar

On our contact page you can load a live booking calendar provided by Cal.com, Inc. (United States). Until you press “Load live calendar”, nothing is requested from Cal.com.

Once you load it, or open our booking page on cal.com, Cal.com sets its own cookies and browser storage: for example, security cookies for its booking system, a bot-protection cookie from its network provider Cloudflare (__cf_bm), and settings for the booking widget. Cal.com also sends technical error reports to its monitoring provider. These are Cal.com’s technologies, governed by its own privacy policy.

You can always book without Cal.com: use the request form on the contact page, or email ege.ozdas@staterics.com.

Other sites we link to

Our links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Instagram take you to those services, which set their own cookies under their own policies. Nothing from them is loaded on our pages.

Why there is no cookie banner

Consent is required before a website stores or reads information on your device, unless doing so is strictly necessary for a service you have explicitly asked for (EU ePrivacy Directive, Art. 5(3); UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, reg. 6). Remembering a setting at the moment you choose it falls within that exemption, as European data protection authorities have long recognised for interface preferences. The items listed above contain no personal data, so they involve no processing under the KVKK.

The Cal.com calendar loads only when you ask for it.

If we ever add analytics, advertising or any other non-essential technology, we will ask for your consent before it runs, and refusing will be as easy as accepting.

How to clear or block storage

You can delete everything our site has stored by clearing the site data for staterics.com in your browser settings, usually under privacy or “cookies and site data”. Private or incognito windows discard it when you close them. You can also block cookies and site storage altogether: our site still works, it just won’t remember your choices.

To remove Cal.com’s cookies, clear the site data for cal.com in the same place.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy whenever we add or change a feature that stores anything in your browser; the effective date shows the current version.

This version, effective 4 October 2026, replaces the version of 17 April 2026.
