A platform fee from $2,000 a month, set by system size and users, plus AI usage at $0.25 a token, less at volume. No development cost. You agree the usage budget before go-live.
The unit AI usage is billed in, across voice and text: one call minute is 1 token, one message 0.25 token. Tokens cost $0.25 each, falling to $0.16 at volume, billed monthly.
On the monthly plan, month one is charged at data handover. The platform fee then pauses until go-live; during the build you pay AI usage only, and paused months are never billed later.
Pay for 10 months, get 12. A 50% deposit at signing; the remaining 50% once your system is live.
Prices are published in US dollars and exclude VAT/KDV. The invoicing currency is agreed in your order form. Enterprise-scale operations are scoped and priced separately.
On the monthly plan, yes. After go-live it runs month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
On the annual plan, past day 90 you choose: 100% of your deposit back, or wait and pay the balance on delivery. On the monthly plan, the platform fee hasn’t started yet.
Your AI employees are set up to act only within the authority you approved; everything else goes to a person and is logged. When something goes wrong, we fix the rule, not just the reply.

Each of our guarantees is tied to something both sides can check, such as the day-90 go-live date.
Businesses that run on calls, WhatsApp and spreadsheets. Systems for clinics, gyms and libraries are built; systems for B2B sellers, project firms, car rental and tour operators are in build, and one for schools is planned. Any other business runs on the AI Employee System alone.
Your system is set up on your own data, and your data is used only to run it. It isn’t pooled with other clients or used to train shared models, and we sign a data-processing agreement with each client before its data reaches us. Clients are named only with their approval.
Your data stays yours. We hand back what you gave us, with your system’s records, then delete it from our systems, except records the law requires us to keep. The operating system stops with the subscription.
